The news from our Kindergarten

 

Dear parents and you who are interested in our nursery,

 

from the beginning of the New Year there have been a lot of changes in the school. Our school has been working and thriving for eight months now. There is a big interest in our services and on the other hand the capacity of the school is already full. We were forced to think about this situation. We focused on the resolving of this as soon as possible. The number of the children on the waiting list is increasing rapidly, so we would like to satisfy all the people who are interested in our Kindergarten. For this reason it was a priority for us to provide new spaces.

After the negotiations with the landlord of the spaces in the existing building, we managed to arrange one more room. This room will be a great advantage for us.
This is the area opposite our school via the garden. We have about 100 m2 for the use of our children. The spaces are divided well – into three rooms. They are useful for dividing children into classes and for sleeping and playing as well.
The final workings are under way. They are needed for securing health of your children.
The great advantage is also that the new spaces have direct access into the “garden“. Our children will meet here during their collective outdoor activities such as walking, trips etc.
Due to the large number of children we were allowed to use the other half of the terrace. That means the existing outdoor space with a giant sandpit will be probably used for the grassing and we will also make a small garden there. It will be used for our summer gardening. We have another giant sandpit for playing in the sand. Moreover, I must remain our great walks in the woods next to the school. The surrounding near the river Svratka and the Anthropos offers us a lot of educational elements.

We are preliminarily discussing about other spaces located on the second floor of our building. It is a space with an area of about 200 m2. It is used by another tenant whose contract will be ended in March. We would like to have these spaces for our children, too. Having enough convenient spaces for teaching and learning is very important.

Cooperating with the fitness centre, which is situated in the same building as our school is a matter of course. We are going to continue using their great Hall of Mirrors every Monday. We will be able to use a gym at Masaryk University for playing ball games.

We are very happy that we were able to arrange an enlargement of our school. We will be able to accept a lot of children who would like to attend the Kindergarten.
